No Need for Paper Vouchers

Vodafone swipe cards are available from e-pay at no cost. This really is the perfect opportunity to wave goodbye to paper vouchers!

A Simple Sale

• The customer is asked which value Top-up they require.
• The retailer takes a Vodafone E Top-up card and swipes it through their e-pay terminal.
• The Vodafone E Top-up card will be credited with the value selected.
• The retailer then hands the card to the customer and advises them to use it in the same way as a paper voucher (i.e. to scratch the panel and dial Vodafone to activate their airtime). The number to dial is 2345 - full details in every leaflet.

A Versatile Swipe Card

After the call to 2345, the card is automatically paired to the mobile phone as an E Top-up swipe card. The customer should keep the card and use it for all future E Top-ups.

Because customers can buy a Vodafone E Top-up before linking the card to a handset, they can buy Top-ups for any other Vodafone pre-pay user. More than one card can also be linked to a handset, so families and friends can Top-up for each other!

New Options for E Top-up

Vodafone has launched new Text and Voice Extras packs that give customers even better value text and call rates.  By buying voice minutes and texts in advance, customers are rewarded with cheaper calls and texts.

How Does A Vodafone Customer Top-up Using The E Voucher?

Topping-up stays as simple as it always has been -- the customer just calls the Pay as you Talk credit line on 2345 from their Vodafone mobile and enters the unique 12-digit number printed on their E Voucher receipt. E Vouchers contain the same information as paper vouchers and are activated in exactly the same way.

Vodafone’s new Text and Voice Extras packs are also available as E Vouchers, offering customers the same great savings with cheaper calls and texts.

Extras packs are valid for a 30-day period and have no daily limit.  Once customers have used up their Extras packs, their normal price plan rates apply.  Extras Text packs are available in £5, £10, £15 and £20 denominations, while Extras Voice packs are available in £15 and £25 denominations.

Remember -- Vodafone E Top-up cards do not need to be registered before use. When a customer requests a Vodafone Top-up, simply swipe a new card and select the value of the Top-up requested.
