Virgin Mobile swipe cards are available on request to all Virgin Mobile customers.

With Virgin Mobile E Top-up cards, customers can top-up without having to fuss around with airtime vouchers.

To get hold of an E Top-up card, visit the Virgin Mobile website at www.virgin.com/mobile or call 789 from the Virgin Mobile phone, or 0845 6000 789 from a landline.

Upon arrival, the Virgin Mobile card will be automatically linked to the customer’s mobile phone, as an E Top-up swipe card. The customer should keep the card and use it for all future E Top-ups.

How Does A Virgin Mobile Customer Top-up Using The E Voucher?

Topping-up a Virgin Mobile Electronic Top-up Voucher is the same as it has always been with scratchcard vouchers.

Once the customer has purchased a Virgin Mobile E Voucher, they must dial 789 from their Virgin Mobile handset and enter the unique PIN number that is printed on the E Voucher.
