To use E Top-up:

Customers can pick up a Tesco Mobile E Top-up card from any Tesco store, nationwide.

The customer will first need to register the Tesco Mobile E Top-up card to their phone. They can do this by simply dialling 282 free from their Tesco Mobile handset and will then be prompted to enter the 19-digit number displayed in the white signature strip on the reverse of the card.

Once registered, the card can be used whenever the customer requires an E Top-up.

The customer hands over their Tesco Mobile E Top-up card to be swiped, together with payment. The calltime is then credited automatically to the customer's account.

Once the customer has purchased a Tesco Mobile E Voucher, the customer must dial 4444 from their Tesco Mobile handset and enter the unique PIN number that is printed on the E Voucher.
