How Does A UK01 Customer Top-up Using The E Voucher?

Topping-up is easy! The customer simply types *101*, the 12-digit E Voucher Number followed by the # symbol – then presses ‘SEND’. Customers will receive a text back from UK01 confirming their credit. Please note that it may take a few hours until customers receive a confirmation text.

Once customers have been notified of their credit, they can select the UK01
service and start making calls.
