How Does An O₂ Customer Top-up Using The E Voucher?

Topping-up an O₂ Electronic Top-up Voucher is the same as it has always been with paper vouchers.

The customer telephones the O₂ top-up line on 4444 from their mobile phone and enters the unique Voucher Number printed on their Electronic Top-up Voucher.

Please note that an O₂ Electronic Top-up Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date it has been issued and the expiry date will be clearly printed on the Electronic Top-up Voucher.
