Gareth Gumbley
Managing Director, Prepaid Processing Segment
Gareth Gumbley joined Euronet as managing director for the Company’s prepaid businesses in Australia and New Zealand in November 2004. Under his leadership, the Australia and New Zealand prepaid entities expanded year on year to market leading positions. In addition, Gareth was instrumental in expanding Euronet's prepaid business into India in mid-2007. In May 2008, Gareth took over his current responsibility as managing director of Euronet’s Prepaid Processing segment. In this role, Gareth is responsible for strategic planning, operations and management of Euronet's prepaid subsidiaries on a global basis.

Prior to joining Euronet, he served as chief executive officer of Dialect Solutions (a News Corporation company), a global Internet payments processor. Gareth was responsible for establishing a global presence for Dialect Solutions in 12 countries. His career spanning 10 years with News Corporation saw him managing the telecommunications and software businesses acquired by the group from U.K. to Australia. Gareth is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Tony Westlake
Chief Operating Officer, Prepaid Processing Segment
Tony Westlake joined Euronet subsequent to the Company’s acquisition of e-pay Ltd. in 2003 where he had served as finance director since e-pay’s formation in 1999. In May 2008, Tony was named chief operating officer for the Company’s prepaid segment. In his current role, Tony has assumed responsibility for the operational activities of Euronet’s global prepaid business in addition to retaining his financial responsibilities. Previously, Tony served as managing director of e-pay, Euronet’s prepaid subsidiary in the U.K.

Prior to joining e-pay, Tony worked with Baker Tilly, the seventh largest firm of chartered accountants in the U.K., as the national head of the corporate finance division. In this role, he participated in a variety of stock exchange, takeover code, due diligence, acquisition and disposal transactions. Tony has more than 20 years of financial and corporate experience at director level with Kitcat & Aitken, a medium sized firm of stockbrokers; the Investment Bank of Ireland as an investment banker; and on qualification as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse. Tony is a member of the Securities Institute, a fellow of the ICAEW and graduated with a master's degree in economics from Cambridge University in 1982.
