e-pay Terminals
e-pay provides a small, simple to operate terminal. Compact
but powerful, it provides E Top-up and E Voucher services for local
mobile Networks and many other product suppliers, eradicating the need
for physical stock. The terminal is designed with extensive security
features and provides detailed management reports.
Alongside E Top-up and E Voucher, the e-pay terminal provides
credit and debit card processing (EFT) for all major cards.

- e-pay offers an engineer service, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday
to Friday—free of charge (service not available in all countries
of operation)

At e-pay, we understand the busy retail environment. In
designing our terminal, we were determined to maximize the opportunity
for additional sales and profitability, while simplifying the effort
and procedures involved.

Terminal Installation
Once a retailer application has been approved, we will organize a suitable
time and date to install the e-pay terminal directly with
the retailer. The procedure is brief, with installation and training
of key staff carried out in the same visit or over the phone—with
a minimum of disruption.
All we ask the retailer to provide prior to installation is a standard
power socket and a telephone line within 1 meter of the location of the
terminal.
Following installation and training, the e-pay terminal
can be left in training mode. New operators can take the time they need
to familiarize themselves with using the terminal, prior to making actual
sales.
You can switch the terminal to training mode at any time, but the sales
process is so simple, you may well find this unnecessary.

Every member of our Customer Service Team is trained to the very highest
standards and will be able to answer your query there and then.
In the Future
Aside from electronic mobile phone top-ups, the e-pay service
has been designed with the future in mind - to provide a comprehensive
range of value added payment services. We aim to offer retailers with
the e-pay solution a broad range of electronic payment services.
As long as you have the e-pay terminal, you need do nothing
more to offer these services.
