e-pay, a Euronet subsidiary, is the largest electronic payments processor of prepaid mobile airtime top-up services around the world — providing services in the U.K., Australia, Ireland, Malaysia, New Zealand and Poland.

Founded in 1999, e-pay focuses on the top-up or recharge market for processing electronic purchases of prepaid mobile airtime and transaction processing for other pre-payment services. The company and its sister subsidiaries — PaySpot, transact, MovilCarga, TeleRecarga, Brodos Romania and ATX (INGEVOUCHER) — currently support top-up purchases at approximately 421,000 POS terminals across approximately 227,000 retailer locations in 20 countries. Additionally, e-pay's new sister subsidiary, RIA Envia, Inc. (RIA), provides patented, fast and secure electronic consumer money transfer and bill payment services.

e-pay offers a choice of top-up technology at the point of sale — from dedicated terminals to EPoS integration and customer operated E Kiosks.

Worldwide clients include major retailers such as ASDA, BP, Exxon Mobil (Esso), Tesco and Woolworths.
